Fundamentals of Striking
The Fundamentals of Striking class has launched. The class is designed to teach any person with any experience level to be be competent in kickboxing technique. We cover stance, footwork, head movement, punches, kicks, knees, and basic strategy. The class layout is as follows
*Warm up on heavy bag
*Instruction and Partner Drills
Don't let the smooth flavor fool you! This is an intense cardio workout.
Current class times are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 AM.
On April 24th we will be adding Tuesday and Thursday at 8 AM.
Instructor is Josh Macri.
